Absolut unersätzlich für mich! Meine Lieblingsaminosäure. Zwar Semi-Essentiell, da sie aber mit 60% die Aminosäure ist, die am häufigsten im Körper vertreten ist, steigt der Bedarf immense in vielen Lebenssituationen an.
Hauptaufgabe ist die Energiebereitstellung für die schnell teilenden Zellen (Darm- und Immunzellen)
