Recommended dosage:

On training days, dissolve one serving (13 g = 2 scoops) in 300 ml of water and take before, during, or after training. On rest days, dissolve one serving (13 g = 2 scoops) in 300 ml of water and take throughout the day. For better solubility, shake in a shaker cup for 30 seconds.
