What is Egg Protein?

Whey may be more suitable if you prefer an especially creamy shake, tolerate dairy products well and are looking for a classic Post-Workout protein. Egg Protein is a strong option if lactose is an issue, you want to reduce milk protein or deliberately combine different protein sources. In the case of a milk protein allergy, however, caution is needed: whether egg protein is suitable depends on the individual allergy situation and professional assessment.

Plant-based proteins also have their place.
